Eligibility Criteria:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be purchased directly from FlashMuscle website
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

2. Return Process

To return a product for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at solutions@techxerro.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return shipping instructions and address
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the provided return address
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refund Processing
